How To Book

Please complete the booking form (one per child) and return it with the registration form and payment to the following address:

Places are limited, so please ensure you book early in order to ensure the days that you require are available as bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Upon receipt of payment a confirmation of your booking will be sent via telephone or email.

This is a drop off session; parents are not required to stay. Please ensure that your child is dropped off in good time (doors will open from 9.50am).

Fees

Sessions are £9.00 per child. Fees are payable one week in advance of your child attending the session. Parents are reminded that they are paying for a place at the activity club for their child and fees are not refundable if your child does not attend.

Payment

We can accept payment by cash or cheque. Please write your name, address, cheque guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse.

Please make cheques payable to 'Kidzworx'

Lateness

The sessions commence at 10.00am (doors open at 9.50am) and will end at 1.00pm. In order to avoid disruption to the group we would kindly ask that children are dropped off and picked up in good time.

Completed a registration form before?

If your child has attended a Kidzworx session previously, you would have been asked to complete a Registration form. Unless your details have changed, it is not necessary to complete this form again.

Please note reserved bookings will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.
